Week of May 12...the DESIGN

Hours and hours were spent placing the stencils and taping to carefully paint the boundaries and the design on the wood floor. The paint needs to "cure" before the final protective coatings can be applied. Then: LET IT SHINE!

The painting is complete. 

Next came the light buffing to rough up the finish, vacuuming, washing with mineral spirits and then the final finish.
