PERMISSION FORM FOR juniors to attend education fair

MEFs are college fairs held in mid-fall and spring throughout Minnesota at high schools and other venues. They are a result of the collaborative work of MACAC, public and private post-secondary schools, and high schools. College representatives from post-secondary schools throughout the Midwest and other states attend to share information about their educational programs with students and parents.

My child has permission to attend the Education Fair at Fairmont High School on Wednesday, October 2. I understand that they will ride with an MLHS teacher. They will leave MLHS at 9:20 a.m. and return at about 10:45 a.m. My student will follow dress code parameters and behave in a Christ-like manner. Make any comments needed below. *
