“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.’” Matthew 28:18-20.
God’s Got This!!
The facts are:
The general operating budget is not that appealing for people to give to.
Donations are down.
Expenses have soared.
Making payroll and paying bills is really, really tough.
Raising tuition is not an option. Families are behind paying tuition.
It is nearly impossible for a Christian school to secure donations from foundations and businesses—because many don’t support Christian values.
Farmers had poor crops and face low prices.
Gas, groceries, housing, day care, and clothing prices have skyrocketed.
The past few years have been tough for all of us. Subway’s $5 foot longs are now $5.99 six-inch combos. There is no such thing as the “Dollar Menu” anymore, it is now the “Value Meal” for $5.
Because your finances are hurting, the MLHS Ministry is hurting too.
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” 1 Peter 5:8
God’s Got This!! We come to you for help. Please prayerfully consider the needs of the MLHS Ministry.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2
Your gifts help families and helps us carry out what God has called us to do: “Teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments.” -Psalm 78:5-7.
