Students come from seven different school districts: Fairmont, MCW, Madelia, Lake Crystal, Maple River, St. James and Truman.

Technology Instructor, David Bergt, incorporates the latest technology of a 3M Digital Media System in business and math classes.
Another Digital Media System brings learning "larger than life" for students in our Science courses under the instruction of Jodi Geistfeld.
This equipment was provided by a grant from 3M Community Affairs, Beckman Coulter Foundation and McCarthy Bjorklund Foundation.
While MLHS students are primarily LCMS Lutheran Christian, students of all faiths are welcome to attend. All students take four years of Religious instruction and attend daily chapels and/or Bible Studies.
Guest pastors, missionaries and visitors often attend or lead chapels or devotions bringing a variety of messages to students.

Mission Statement Martin Luther High School, EMPOWERED by the Gospel of Jesus Christ in partnership with families and congregations, provides Christ-centered training and nurturing to help Young People excel academically and lead active Christian lives.
The Vision of Martin Luther High School is to be a exemplary Lutheran educational ministry.
All full or part-time students in grades 9-12 are welcome without regard to religion, race, color or national origin.
• Christian education God’s love and Word encompasses all that happens at MLHS. Church and family values are re-enforced. Christian morals and ethics are taught. •Quality education For the past several years ACT scores have been consistently 3-5 points above local and national levels Each student is a valued individual at MLHS Student/teacher ratio is 9-1 In 2010, 2011 and 2012 100% of our graduates attended post-secondary educational institutions •Exceptional Results and Instructors Two MLHS graduates have been awarded prestigious Fulbright Scholarships in 2005 and 2006.
